Oscar Villanueva was born in Puerto Vallarta and spent his childhood playing under the summer rain in El Centro and Riviera del Río neighborhoods with the company of Benito, his Labrador. Nowadays he enjoys walking around the Buenos Aires neighborhood organizing activities for kids along with Mylo, his 12 year old Golden retriever.

Growing up Oscar became aware of the natural riches of his city and state and realized that he could contribute to the economy of his community by exporting goods and obtained a degree in international business and customs at the Universidad de la Vera-Cruz. He also has a navigating license which lead him to Cancun, San Francisco California, Miami and las Bahamas as executive officer of a private yacht.

From 2018 to 2021 he held a Marketing and Sales position in the hospitality industry in Puerto Vallarta which gave him the skills to develop a career in real estate.

Oscar joined Ryan Donner y Asociados in May 2022
