The details of the 12th edition of Vallarta · Nayarit Gastronómica were recently announced, event that will take place from October 29th to 31st, 2020 with a hybrid (face-to-face/virtual) format.

27 prominent chefs and nine sommeliers/mixologist will be present at Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. Six international chefs, as well as Michelin stars and Master Chefs will share their culinary knowledge in a virtually way.

Consuelo Elipe, founder and organizer of Vallarta · Nayarit Gastronómica, said that, although this edition presents a different format adapted to health circumstances, it still preserves the objectives that have been met since the first edition: keep a formative spirit, bring the best chefs and sommeliers in the world and create an effective networking for everyone involved in the culinary industry.

As is already tradition, the event welcomes Spain as the guest of honor, while at the national level there are two guest states: Chihuahua and Guanajuato.

Vallarta · Nayarit Gastronómica’s main venue will be Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center, but various private events will take place along Banderas Bay.
