Charles Davis brings a unique blend of expertise and local insight to the Puerto Vallarta real estate market.

Charles fell in love with Puerto Vallarta while vacationing here for over 10+ years. Drawn by the vibrant lifestyle and beautiful scenery, he left a successful career as an electrical engineer in the petrochemical industry in Houston, Texas, to become a Puerto Vallarta real estate agent in 2021.

He now helps clients find their ideal homes or investment properties, leveraging his problem-solving skills and deep understanding of the local Mexican market. Charles is known for his professionalism, relaxed no-pressure attitude, and attention to detail.

In April 2022, Charles was approved as an Affiliate level (Agent) with the association of real estate professionals in Mexico, called AMPI. Also at this time, he formed the Pride Properties® Team with Adrian Jackson, Eric Montero, and Lance Blann. The team focuses on providing excellent service and commitment to the LGBTQ+ community.

In 2024, the Pride Properties® Team joined Donner & Associates. This move has helped simplify the real estate experience for clients and hopefully makes it more rewarding and fun!

When he’s not working, Charles enjoys spending time on the beautiful Mexican beaches, traveling, and hanging out with his friends and family in Vallarta.
