DEAN MALONE
Dean is a Saskatchewan born, Canadian, who moved to Puerto Vallarta from Vancouver British Columbia in 2021. Transitioning from his 25 year career in health care management in the long term care services sector, Dean began is his real estate career in 2022 and then joined the Ryan Donner & Associates team in the Spring of 2023. Dean’s real estate expertise is supported through professional education as an Affiliate with AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios). Adding to Dean’s knowledge of the Puerto Vallarta Real Estate market he also has a background in contract sales of property management and vacation rental services in Puerto Vallarta. Dean’s career prior to health care was in mortgage lending, property management and human resources in both Saskatchewan and British Columbia with the federal government of Canada.
Dean’s love of Puerto Vallarta over the 18 years he spent vacationing here with his husband, Darren, has positioned him as a well-seasoned resident with a strong knowledge of our community and the property market. Dean’s leadership in senior health care roles in Canada, and as a recognized philanthropist, has resulted in deep relationships not only in Canada but now in his new home of Puerto Vallarta. In 2012, Dean also received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal issued by The Chancellery of Honours, Governor General of Canada in recognition of significant contributions made to Vancouver, British Columbia, and Canada.
