Born in Chihuahua Mexico, Erick Fierro took the opportunities and education to become a citizen of the world in some degree. At 14 he traveled to the US to learn English.

Many years later, while he was studying International Business at Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Chihuahua he had the opportunity to study a semester at Corvinus University of Economic Sciences of Budapest, Hungary, where he also did an internship with Mexican Embassy. He then spent a summer in Italy learning Italian and living la dolce vita. A year later he travelled and work in China doing a market research for the state government.

His journey continues to San Francisco CA, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico City, Dubai and finally back to sunny PV since November 2017. He has experience in hospitality, management, marketing and food and beverages. His understanding of other mindsets, having to adapt and adopt to other cultures along with his multidiciplinary job experience gives Erick the right set of skills for this industry.
