KIM KUZMA
Originally from Canada, I have made Puerto Vallarta my winter home since 2005. Drawn as much by the extraordinary weather as I am by the kindness of the locals and their culture, I am grateful to have become a vital member of this special community.
Establishing myself first as a performer in Vallarta, I’ve discovered vastly similar skill sets apply whether working onstage or in real estate. In both cases I draw from a wide network of friends and colleagues - particularly across social media - to ensure my clients find just what they want and enjoy the process while doing so!
From the lush panoramas of Conchas Chinas to the tranquility of San Pancho, my time in Banderas Bay has given me a first hand perspective to help you find just the right property, whether as your home or an investment.
