Rick Shea relocated from Palm Springs, California to make Puerto Vallarta his forever home!

Before moving to Mexico, Rick was a real estate professional in Palm Springs, California, helping clients find their dream homes. Prior to being in real estate, he had a successful twenty-year career in Wealth Management beginning his career as a licensed Securities Trader for a private Wealth Management firm in Orange County.

After advancing to AVP of Trading, Rick went on to work for some of the leading Wealth Management firms in Southern California working in Private Capital Real Estate Funding and development projects nationally and internationally ranging from commercial office parks to casinos. Rick successfully managed investments for some of the highest net worth individuals and families in the country, with over $150 million under personal management.

Placing a high value on customer service and making people feel comfortable is deeply instilled in Rick’s approach to helping people make excellent financial and life decisions. His interest in local charities and giving back to the community has led Rick to volunteer with projects including the Festival of Trees benefiting the Vallarta School for Girls. Having and managing his own short and long term vacation rental properties, Rick brings this experience and knowledgeable approach to helping people find their new home, next home, or investment property.
