Drawn to the warmth and richness of Mexico's climate and culture, Alain left his native Montréal to settle in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone in 2015. His lifelong fascination with fashion and architecture led him to pursue a career in retail and design, including several years selling architectural lighting to high-profile architectural and lighting design firms in New York City on commercial and residential projects.

Alain knows that people feel better in places where they can be inspired, so, once settled in Vallarta, he began putting his passion and professional talents to work renovating, decorating, and staging homes for clients in the area.

In addition to his design work, Alain gradually built significant experience administering the operation of investment properties.

These experiences fostered Alain's natural career progression into real estate. He has earned certification from the Mexican Real Estate Professionals Association (AMPI) and is committed to continuous education in the industry, making him an outstanding resource for clients.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Alain will help ensure his clients fully understand every aspect of their real estate transaction.
